1. Safety & Flexibility

Safety comes first. Every journey is organized with carefully selected accommodation and transport. Our tours are designed to minimize risks or unforeseen issues. As a professional tour operator in Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, we prioritize the safety of every traveler and group.

Flexible itinerary changes: Bookings can be amended even after confirmation. Pre-departure changes are processed quickly. After a deposit is paid, amendments may incur third-party fees (cruise lines, airlines, hotels).

2. Insurance

Go Mongolia Tours’ packages do not include life/accident/casualty/travel insurance for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, or Myanmar. Please purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country.

3. Children Policy

Applied according to the child’s year of birth in the passport.

Tour Packages: Under 3: free. 4–7: 50% adult rate. 8–11: 75% adult rate. From 12: adult rate.

Flight Tickets (general):

  • Infant under 2 without seat: 10% adult fare.
  • Children 2–12: domestic 90% adult fare; international 75% adult fare.

4. Itineraries

Hotels/boats and pre-arranged sightseeing may change due to circumstances beyond Go Mongolia Tours’ control. We will make every effort to operate tours as planned.

5. Communications

Round-the-clock support: consultants available 7 days/week and a 24/7 mobile line. Contact via website form, email, fax, or phone. If no reply within 48 hours about your booking/modification/cancellation, contact our customer service immediately.

6. Complaints & Claims

Please inform your guide or travel consultant immediately if any service is unsatisfactory. For compensation claims, write to us (email/mail/fax) within 15 days of tour end and attach receipts/evidence. Claims after 15 days are not accepted.

7. Luggage Allowance

Per CAAV rules (within Vietnam): Economy 20 kg, Business 30 kg, First 40 kg, plus limited carry-on. Excess baggage is the traveler’s responsibility. Suitcases must have a lock; unlocked bags may be refused. Note: budget airlines may apply different rules.

8. Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for checking safety conditions, vaccinations, and health regulations for all countries visited or transited.

9. Travel Documentation

Valid passport and necessary visas/permits are the traveler’s responsibility. Our advisors can assist upon request, but Go Mongolia Tours is not liable for failure to obtain proper documents.

10. Liability & Responsibility

Information is sourced from selected hotels, ticketing agencies, and operators; Go Mongolia Tours is not liable for third-party errors/omissions. We are not responsible for acts or failures of suppliers, nor for losses, injuries, damages, or extra expenses caused by weather, mechanical breakdown, government actions, war, unrest, strikes, theft, epidemics, quarantine, medical/customs rules, terrorism, or other events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for customs non-compliance or for loss/theft of valuables due to a traveler’s negligence. We may substitute hotels/flights/cruises, alter itineraries, or cancel tours prior to departure. If Go Mongolia Tours cancels a tour before it begins, all money received from the client will be refunded.

Some activities require care (boat embarkation/disembarkation, climbing, caves/tombs, etc.). Staff will advise and assist, but participation is at your own risk once due care has been exercised. Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time with or without notice.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Flight tickets: Based on the specific cancellation policies of each airline

Package tours (assumes 50% deposit; if less, policy applies as if 50% was paid):

More than 40 days: 10% of deposit non-refundable (kept as credit); remainder refundable (bank fees apply).
40–30 days: 35% of deposit.
29–15 days: 50% of deposit.
14–10 days: 75% of total booking value.
Less than 10 days or No-show: 100% of total booking value.

After tour start, no refunds for unused services due to personal choice, early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.

12. Modification or Discontinuance of Service

Go Mongolia Tours may modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or offensively toward staff/agents (including obscene, racially offensive, or sexually inappropriate behavior).
